Great Software for a Virtual Assistant…or anyone really!!
As a virtual assistant, I am always working on numerous projects. Sometimes keeping track of it all can be a job in and of itself. So my Virtual Assistant colleagues on Skype (better known as my friends in the box) were talking about the importance of making to do lists. Writing down what you want to accomplish in any given day frees up mental space to allow for clearer thinking and quite possibly increased productivity. I’m not fond of writing things down. I’ve always been one to keep my to do list in my head. However, this has become increasingly difficult as my business continues to grow. So I went on a search to find a to do list software that I could use on my computer. I wanted to be able to type in my to do list, be able to check things off as they were completed and I wanted to be able to sync the list with outlook. Cool Moon Software is just what I was looking for. The software does exactly what I need and I’m thrilled to have found it. I hope you find it equally as useful. If you do…let me know.
