Way To Go Verizon!!!
If you’ve been reading my blog then you know I had a huge issue with the MR Update for my Treo 700p. If this is your first time here, you can read a few posts down to find out what happen to my beloved mobile friend.
So…today I received the call I’ve been waiting for. The manager of the Verizon store called me to say that had just received a shipment of Treo 700ps and that I could come in and exchange my possessed one for hopefully one with no inner demons. So on my way home from taking to my son to Build A Bear Workshop, I stopped by the Verizon store to pick up my new phone. I was so prepared for there to be a problem. You know…the I have no idea what you are talking about. I have no record of this or that but much to my surprise…I had no trouble at all. I went in, gave them my mobile number and they bought out a new phone. They also transferred my contacts to the new phone and I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
How’s the phone? So far so good. It’s not ringing on it’s own. No lagging or freezing and it’s keeping it bluetooth connectivity. Working exactly like it’s suppose to. Woohoo…I’m so excited. This is my third replacement for this phone and hopefully I won’t need another unless I’m ready to upgrade.
