Payment Terms
One time projects require a deposit of 50% of the total estimated charge before commencement of work can begin. The remaining balance is due at time of completion. Payments for retainer services are invoiced on a monthly basis. Payments are due on the 1st of the month in advance of the next month's services. InTouch Virtual Assistance requests 30 day's notice for cancellation of retainer services.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express via Paypal our online payment vendor. We also accept personal or business checks. Please note that checks will need to clear before services are performed.
